• Can I eat more than the suggested serving size of Catalina Crunch Protein Granola?

  Our Protein Granola contains an excellent source of
  fiber per 65g serving, which is much higher than traditional granola. If you
  eat more fiber than your body is used to, it could result in indigestion. We
  recommend starting with a small amount and working your way up to larger
  servings!

• I follow a gluten-free diet, can I still enjoy Catalina Crunch Protein Granola?

  Catalina
  Crunch Protein Granolas meet the USDA Gluten Free Standard and are produced on
  gluten-free lines.

• Why do you use high oleic sunflower oil?

  Not all seed oils are created equal, which is why
  we use high-oleic sunflower oil. Most seed oils are high in polyunsaturated
  fatty acids (PUFAs). Like avocado oil & olive oils, High Oleic Sunflower
  Oil is rich in heart healthy monounsaturated fats with a more neutral taste
  profile. Using high-oleic sunflower oil helps us maintain our craveable crunch
  and taste without compromising on the nutritional benefits our fans have come
  to expect.

• What happens if I’m not in love with the flavor?
